Basic Basement Packages
Basement Package #1: Includes 2×4 wood framing, R13 insulation and fire blocking, new electric outlets and switches, recessed lights, drywall walls and ceiling, 6 panel door to your storage room, colonial baseboards & door casing, and basic painting.*
Basement Package #2: Includes all of package #1 plus flooring of your choice (carpet, tile, hardwood, etc)
Basement Package #3: Includes all of package #1 & 2 plus a half bathroom
Basement Package #4: Includes all of packages #1,2, plus a full bathroom
*Can add a drop (suspended) ceiling in place of the drywall ceiling for an additional cost
